Preparing the paint

Prepare the paint if needed. Make sure the paint is clean with no dirt or dust on it. If you have light or fresh things on your paint use a spray detailer like Meguiar’s Gold Class Premium Quik Detailer or a wash like Meguiar’s Gold Class Car Wash Shampoo and Conditioner if the paint is dirty. Run your clean, dry fingertips over the paint. If the paint feels rough to the touch this indicates that you have bonded contaminants like tree sap mist, industrial fallout, road tar, and paint overspray. Tips and suggestions for using Meguiar’s Gold Class Quik Wax

• For best results, make sure the paint on your car is cool to the touch and that you are working in the shade.
• Shake the product well.
• Mist the Gold Class spray wax onto one section at a time.
• Quickly spread the quick wax with a fresh, clean Meguiar’s Supreme Shine Microfiber Towel.
• Flip your towel to a clean, dry portion of the towel for a final wipe off. Buff to a brilliant luster.
• Monitor your towel. Fold your microfiber into quarters, this will give you 4 sections per side. Then, be sure to flip to a clean portion of your towel as a section begins accumulating dust and dirt so you don’t rub contaminants back into the paint.
• Always use fresh, clean premium microfiber towels to prevent creating swirls.
• Safe and effective on all glossy paints and clear coats (not for use on flat, matte or satin finishes).
